At Soul Urjaa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to each of our customers. Our aim is to ensure that you feel at ease when conducting business with us. As our products/services/courses are accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

We do not issue any refunds due to multiple third-party systems we give access to and pay them upfront as soon as the customer gets onboarded. Customers can cancel the subscription, but no refund will be provided for the current subscription period. However, we encourage you to review the quality of our work through our samples before making a purchase decision.

People who do not complete the full payment for any program will not get the course access until they make the full payment. And they should complete the payment within 15 days otherwise their enrollment will be canceled and there will be no refund.
